Within each Training Category, you have a choice between selecting a Personal Training Workout Package and Monthly Training Programs. 

  • Personal Training Workout Packages are priced by the number of Sessions you want to purchase up front.
     

  • Monthly Training Programs are priced by the individual Program that is best for you.

2. Endurance Athletes

         

Monthly Training Programs

Initial $30 Start up Fee for Monthly Training Plans only

Training Plan 1- $100 per month

o       Unlimited Phone calls- any needed

o       Unlimited emails

o       Once a month meeting with coach

o       Weekly write up plans

o       Analysis of technique at initial and monthly meetings

o       Nutrition Intake analysis and suggestions

o       Access to nutrition and health articles

 

Training Plan 2-$180 per month

o       Unlimited Phone calls- any needed

o       Unlimited emails

o       Once a month meeting/working out with coach

o       Weekly write up plans

o       Analysis of technique at initial and monthly meetings

o       Nutrition Intake analysis and suggestions

o       Analysis of daily workout logs

o       Access to nutrition and health articles

 

Training/Coaching Plan 3-$210 per Month

o       Unlimited Phone calls- any needed

o       Unlimited emails

o       Once a month meeting/workout with coach

o       ($225 for bi-monthly workout/$235 for weekly workout)

o       Weekly write up plans

o       Analysis of technique at initial and monthly meetings

o       Nutrition Intake analysis and suggestions

o       Analyis of daily workout logs

o       Access to nutrition and health articles

o       Heart Rate Monitor Data Analysis

o       Bi-Monthly Testing and overall fitness breakdown

 

Monthly Consultations - $80 per 2 month plan

o       Great to prepare for an event such as a 5k, marathon, or triathlon


o       Great to get a jump start into a new program


o       Give the ability to deviate from original plan and start up a new activity after a couple of months

 

Swim Stroke Analysis-- $40 per session or a 3 pack for $100

o       Improve your stroke with one on one coaching to become more efficient and faster in the water.
-Stroke progression technique will be broken down through drills and analysis.


o       All strokes can be worked on depending on what is needed


o       Video Tape (outside water) analysis can be done for an additional $5 dollars per session


o       Multiple sessions are recommended for great effectiveness in stroke development

 

Running Technique Analysis-- $40 per session or a 3 pack for $100

o       Running technique is important for injury prevention and speed development


o       Video taping is included with initial session


o       Multiple sessions are recommended for great effectiveness in stroke development
